Our Hausmeister lives just down the valley and looks after the chalet year-round. He hands over the keys when you arrive and is the person to call during your stay — a question about the heating or the sauna, a lift pass tip, or a table booked at the right place in the village. Anything that comes up while you are here goes to him first.
